Portfolio: Students will assemble a portfolio of their work at the end of the class which will be used as a basis for their student led parent conference.
Visual Arts is part of the Visual and Performing Arts program at South Pasadena Middle School. The class projects are designed to help students develop a working vocabulary of artistic terms while discovering the pleasure of espressing themselves in a visual manner. Instruction in art history/appreciation is also part of the curriculum.
Absences: Students are responsible for any work missed due to absence. They may take work home to complete or make arrangements to work after school.
